On a lomographic note, the state university has lush greenery and plenty of sculptures made by its Fine Arts wing. One of its main draws is the Sunken Garden where football games and concerts are held. Students and outsiders alike are drawn here because of the carefree atmosphere and the cheap food which is aplenty. No permit is needed to take pictures but there is a curfew for night photography of 10 pm. To get to the university, you can take a Jeepney going directly to UP from designated stops in the Metro.
