March is Youth Art Month and we here at Lomography are celebrating all month long by featuring young artists and the educators that nurture their budding talent. Cameras are powerful vehicles for exploring and experiencing the world and one’s place in it. Classic Lomography cameras such as Diana F+ and Sprocket Rocket have long been giving people young and young at heart the chance to feel the simple magic of analog for nearly two decades.
We recognize that creative expression and the tools which enable it are special gifts that should be available to all, and that’s why we created the Education Mircosite to make it easy for students and teachers to apply for a discount on classic Lomography cameras. We hope you take this chance to stock up or try something new!
We are also searching for young artists and class projects to be featured on the Lomography Magazine. You can tell us about them by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. Finally, one young artist can win the chance to have their very own exhibition at the Lomography Gallery Store in New York City over the summer. Enter the Great Lomography Student Photography Competition for your chance to win this special opportunity to show your work in New York’s historic Greenwich Village neighborhood!
We can't wait for you to get in touch!
Visit the Education Mircosite to apply for special discounts, and email student & class projects to be featured to email@example.com.
