Pause by Flore Diamant: Exhibition Launch Party Soho
Where: Lomography Soho, 3 Newburgh st and Department of Coffee and Social Affairs, 3 Lowndes Court London, W1F 7HD
When: 27th January from 6-9pm
‘Pause’ is an opportunity to reflect on the small details that go by unnoticed and what make our days a little better, if only we stopped to look. It is important for us to treasure those moment when time stands still, even just for a second, to look around and enjoy the little things. By always carrying a camera wherever she goes an shooting exclusively on film, Flore manages to capture time and place in a raw and colourful beauty that allows the viewer to create their own backstories and escapism.
While most of the exhibition will feature images taken on her multiple travels, a section featured in the Lomography Store will display photographs taken in collaboration with Beatnik Creative and the musicians they represent - Eliza Shaddad, Island and Palace - on the road, backstage and live.
Join us for the launch party of ‘Pause’ on Friday 27th January from 6-9pm at Lomography Soho and Department of Coffee and Social Affairs. There will be complimentary drinks available at both venues.
