Russian and Californian icons collide with the Lomography Gallery Store LA’s LC-A+ multiple exposure workshop at the Griffith Observatory!
Wrapping up Swinging Solstice week , the Lomography Gallery Store LA will set out on an all expenses paid LomoJourney to one of LA’s most iconic attractions… the Griffith Observatory ! With sweeping views of all of Los Angeles, beautiful grounds featured in classic films from Rebel Without a Cause to Charlie’s Angels: Full Throttle, and a location so close to the Hollywood sign you can almost touch it… we thought what better place to try our hands at multiple exposures and an all attendee film swap! Armed with our trusty LC-A’s , everyone will shoot a roll of 35mm film and halfway through we’ll swap with our new LomoBuddies. Transportation provided by the City of Los Angeles, complete with charming and photogenic trolley ride through the park. And how could we forget the Observatory’s very own Camera Obscura!?
Cost: $15 includes instructional lecture, loaner camera, one roll of film, and transportation to and from the Observatory. All attendees will receive a 10% off coupon to use at the Lomography Gallery Store. This workshop is sure to sell out so ensure your spot by calling us ahead of time or come in early to pre-register.
