Our new website is now about 2 months old. After rolling out the most important features in the beginning, we have now been fine tuning them and working on the overall performance of the website. Taking a step back, we now want to ask what you think about it!
If you’ve been to the website recently, you’ve probably noticed that we’ve added some of the most-requested features, in addition to smoothing out a few small glitches here and there to make everything faster and easier:
Photos by users which are embedded in an article or note are now linked – just click on the little chain icon on the bottom left corner of the photo to leave a comment, like the photo or maybe even follow the user
We’ve also spent quite a bit of time working on the performance of the site and it should now load way faster (especially the images)
Aside from the most obvious feature, the LomoWalls (which we are currently working on), we are now wondering if there is anything you are still missing. Please let us know your feedback in the comments! Thanks.
A few months ago we set up a series of competitions asking you to submit your best shots representing different cities from all over the world. The winners were chosen and the UK team set to work on the 8.5 meter Ganton St Lomowall.
We asked long time Lomography veteran, Adrian Bilek, to gives the low down on what creative gifts to buy for the upcoming holiday season! Adrian has been living and breathing Lomography for over 9 years now, so if anyone know’s their stuff —it’s him!
March is Women's History Month and we want to take a closer look at the wonderful women behind cameras. Lauren Lepore loves capturing true NYC moments to last in her photos beyond the existence of people and places. We talked to her about her thoughts on "controversial" work and the depiction of women in photography.
Whether you're far away on a foreign place or just out and about in your own neighborhood, we want to see what you've been shooting with the Lomo LC-A Minitar-1 Art Lens. Share them now and win vouchers for our Online Shop!
We collaborated with incredible Indonesian fashion illustrator Dinda Puspitasari to create a special edition of the Lomo'Instant Automat – and we're giving one away for free! Find out more about this amazing artist and how to win here.
Every photograph is a capsule of reality – or multiple realities, for that matter – freezing time and space in their constantly changing state. 'Multi-Verse', a series by photographer Amy Friend, explores the possibility of parallel universes.
We love helping you create monochromatic masterpieces and capture life in black and white beauty. That's why we have created the Berlin Kino B&W Cookbook, to help you take your greyscale game to the next level.
From Havana to Croatia, Zach Leon has traveled the world in search of breathtaking vistas, interesting people and new experiences. He records them all in captivating imagery and beautiful stories as part of The Finite Project – a reminder of our less-than-infinite lives.
