Monday Moodboard: Lomography and lomokev Featured on Analogue Tribes

For your dose of analogue inspiration, we bring you lomokev and Analogue Tribes.

I guess it’s safe to say that many of us here in the community have heard about *lomokev* and his love for the *Lomo LC-A*. For those who are just tuning in, it’s best you visit his site and see his LomoAmigo interview *here*.

It’s still rather fascinating to learn about people who are doing their best to pursue a career in film photography. Lomokev, also known as Kevin Meredith in real life, is one of those passionate people who strive to elevate analogue photography. He is one of those people who “keep the fire burning” so to speak. He is now featured on Analogue Tribes where he talked film, Lomography and his montage portrait technique.

*Analogue Tribes* on the other hand is a spotlight project that showcases the work of photographers who continue to use film in this digital age. It’s a great little film project that also serves as inspiration for people like us in our community. We get to pick up bits and pieces of information as well as techniques from the photographers who elevate film photography as a passion and maybe, a career.

The first episode is insightful to say the very least. It’s good to see that there are people who feel so passionately about what they do that they wish others would get to experience it, too.

Now, I have one more channel to look out for when the need for film inspiration arises.
