Inspired by Bruce Springsteen’s song “Born to Run”, our previous user rumble winner gives the community a chance to visually interpret this 1975 hit from The Boss.
born_to_ruin challenges the community to interpret one of Bruce Springsteen’s songs from 1975, “Born to Run”. Here’s what our previous user rumble winner has to say about his idea:
“I would love to see anything that might conjure up any literal imagery or convey any metaphorical meanings that are present in the song. There is a lot to go on with lines like “In the day we sweat it out in the streets of a runaway American dream…”, “The highways jammed with busted heroes on a last chance power drive..”, “Together Wendy we’ll live with the sadness, I’ll love you with all the madness in my soul” and my personal favorite “I wanna die with you Wendy in the street tonight in an ever lasting kiss”!"
For those who are unfamiliar with the song, or if you need some musical inspiration for this rumble, you can check it out here!
