Sprocket are fun why not make it instant……. !!! Making your Diana an instant sprocket printer is easy……
I thought I’d try doing something new with my Diana F+ (you kind want the F+ since without the flash it’s just too dark).
I thought let’s make the instant back take some sprockets ! I quickly found myself some old B&W used film that were blank. I cut them up and simply just put it in my Diana, see picture, slap on the instant back and you instantly have yourself a sprocket printing machine !
It’s not very hard to do, but it does require some time folding it up just right. This work best indoor and with a flash (because the film tinted the image a bit like a filter). See what i mean in the photos…… and try it yourself (maybe with a cleaner film than mine, it was quite scratched so the picture were that clear). Adapt it make it better tell me what you come up with, that’s the whole point of this community right ? Share !!
