For today’s awesome album, we invite you to see the world through our fellow lomographer’s rose-colored — or should we say, “pinkelicious” glasses!
As lomographers, we all love looking at the world in different colors and varying shades — sometimes in hues that blend all at once, and most of the time in one pleasant tinge brought by our chosen films. Today’s awesome album, taken by our fellow lomographer suizidekid using his Nikon FE2 loaded with Fuji Sensia, walks us around various scenic locations in Vienna made extra charming by the xpro-ed slide film’s bright pink and purple hues.
The Awesome Albums series is exactly what it says on the tin — it’s a love letter of sorts from the Editors addressed to user-uploaded albums that had caught their eye and had inadvertently fallen in love with. Please understand though, they’re really just here to express their love and nothing more.
We’ve all heard those cliché sayings about travel before, the ones that tell you it expands your mind and allows you to see the world in new ways. Well, they’re all true! At Lomography, not only do we like to encourage worldwide exploration, but we also have special travel packages available through our Kickstarter campaigns!
Lomography and The Cult teamed up to invite Lomographers to show us your Hidden Cities - those secret places that you escape you, the worlds within worlds. See the winners and some of our favorites here!
"Around the World in Analogue" is your bite-sized guide to the most amazing travel destinations across the globe, as documented by the members of the Lomography community. Today, we travel to Rio de Janeiro through the moody black and white photographs of lomographer Rhiannon.
We love a striking photo as much as the next person, but a unique point of view makes us head straight to a feature. Who should the world know more about? Who has rocked our perception of beauty, sexuality and creativity? These questions populate our notepads, and our list of photographers is quite long. For International Women's Day 2016, we whittle the directory down to our current favorites, photographers who resist labels (even the ones we give them) and dare the world to see what they see.
A new year is fast approaching, and while we're excited about what's in store for us, we invite you to have a look at this year's most trending content. This collection is based on what you liked on the Lomography website and on our social media, as well as favorites picked by the Magazine staff.
Our beloved Lomo LC-A camera turns 32 this year! Through the years, we've seen this classic compact camera switch its color palettes and designs. But beyond the change in its looks is a story or milestone to raise our glasses to.
For the third workshop in our "Be An Explorer" Campaign, we invited Hong Kong-based Lomographer, Raymond Chin to share his experience using the Lomo'Instant. The workshop's theme is Creative Photography.
