Before we usher you into today’s awesome album, we think we should give you a fair warning first. If you’re currently enduring a mild to severe case of wanderlust, please proceed with caution!
Upon seeing the beautiful travel snaps taken by our fellow lomographer wesco in Venice, Italy, we were so stricken with wanderlust that we just knew a little bit of warning would be fair to anyone curious enough to browse through them. Taken using the Belair X 6-12, his photos below highlight the scenic canals and architecture of the famed Italian city, and the Lomography Redscale XR 50 - 200 (shot at ISO 25) and Fuji Velvia 100 sure painted the town with some pleasantly warm tones!
Now, if you managed to reach the last photo in wesco’s awesome album without catching a serious case of wanderlust, we salute you. On the other hand, if they got you itching to pay Venice a visit, don’t forget to bring your Belair, too!
The Awesome Albums series is exactly what it says on the tin — it’s a love letter of sorts from the Editors addressed to user-uploaded albums that had caught their eye and had inadvertently fallen in love with. Please understand though, they’re really just here to express their love and nothing more.
