Awesome Albums: KLASSE W Yozakura Fever by gakurou

At the risk of sounding very dorky, I will admit that one of my dreams is to go to Japan just to see the cherry blossom trees in bloom. And seeing photos of them, just like in today’s Awesome Album feature, makes me wish that this dream would just come true already.

I suppose when talking about photos of Japanese cherry blossom trees, one would expect photos of neat rows of trees, all beautiful and in bloom in some posh park. But then again, not all trees are contained in parks now, are they? They are bound to be everywhere.

Which is why Lomographer gakurou's album, KLASSE W Yozakura Fever, is awesome. It captures the beauty of the blossoms in the most unexpected and random of places, and encourages us to think beyond the common perception — that beauty cannot be contained in just one place.

The Awesome Albums series is exactly what it says on the tin — it’s a love letter of sorts from the Editors addressed to user-uploaded albums that had caught their eye and had inadvertently fallen in love with. Please understand though, they’re really just here to express their love and nothing more.

The Fuji Klasse W is an analogue point-and-shoot that boasts fantastic features packed in a lightweight magnesium body. This camera offers a range of manual options, rare for a point-and-shoot, giving you the opportunity to create images in different lighting situations. It also comes with a high-quality 28mm Super EBC Fujinon lens that delivers sharp images with natural color saturation. This camera delivers great performance in any shooting condition.

The Fuji Klasse W is available for pre-order online and initially available exclusively to the following Asian markets: Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Macau, Vietnam, and Brunei.
