At the Lomography Embassy Store in Monterrey, there’s nothing we enjoy more then helping new Lomographers with their interests and concerns. We love all visits, even if it’s just to share ideas and analogue opinions!
Which one is your favorite Lomography camera and why?
My favorite camera is the Lubitel 166+, for allowing me to capture the most beautiful pictures, where I have full control of the exposure, speed and aperture.
What’s the weirdest Lomographic moment you’ve ever had?
It’s hard to know what was my weirdest moment, every moment with Lomography has unparalleled value with the previous one, in short words, all moments are weird and enjoyable.
What is the nerdiest question you’ve ever been asked in your shop?
I would have to be a question about the Spinner 360 – someone once asked me if he could control the shutter speed by slowly releasing the trigger.
Where is the best place to shoot some Lomographic masterpieces in your city?
There is a place called Parque Fundidora Monterrey. Serving in the past as a steel melting location, it is now one of the largest symbols of “Nuevo Leon” – where industrial buildings mixed with the more pleasant natural view, such as El Cerro de la Silla.
