The checkered flag is right up ahead so it’s time to burn some rubber and speed away as the The Great LOMO LC-A Race is about to finish!
We are finally gearing up for the final stage in The Great LOMO LC-A Race, so what are you doing still dilly-dallying? Stage 9 is on it’s final gasps for air (we’re extending the deadline to 29 January 2010 – Friday) Sure, it’s a treat to shoot with the Lomo LC-A+ and fun to doodle with the notebook, but you’re competing with nine other teams around the globe, each vying for the top prize as well, so you need to strategize!
You don’t exactly need to keep the camera for long before you pass it on to the next shooter. You could shoot a couple of rolls and send it to the next person while waiting for the lab to process and develop your film. Whatever your tactics may be, just remember that this is a team effort and you should coordinate with each other every step of the way, especially now!
Remember, the overall team winner of the race receives a split of 500 Piggies (that’s a whopping 50 Piggies per participant!) Criteria is:
- Based on combined team Locations – quality of output
- Logbook completion – are all the journal entries per participant complete?
- Customized Camera design – blow us away with your designs!
The first team who completes the race and sends the kits back to our Vienna HQ gets a special bonus!
After the final shooters are done, you will need to send the kit back to Vienna and wait for the judging and awarding! Please contact me and Adrian once you are finished so that we can coordinate the logistics with you. That’s all for now. So put your game face on and it’s time to get serious!
