Falls and the Open Fields

1

The place is called E. Lopez. Guess what we found there?

A waterfalls, a nice place to hang out, and an afternoon of fun! From our drive trips to some “lakbay” quests, we ended up visiting the place called Eustaquio Lopez. Quite a farm place somewhere in the point place of Silay City. Off from the road, we travel no more less than 2 hours. So we decided to stop by E. Lopez to have some refreshments. We walked straight down a narrow road and found a gushing water nearby. We tried to trek our way and we discovered a waterfalls!

We had fun taking pictures with it, talking about it, and having fun with it. From thereon, we went forward and found a little place. Yes, it’s an open field (wished we played baseball there). I was in loved with it since the sun was setting so we took some pictures again and had fun. There was also a basketball court, so we tried to make use of it.

After those silly menageries, we went back and passed by the waterfalls for the last time. We spent a minute of viewing the rushing of waters, and proceeded back to the car.

What a great way to spend some afternoon!

A Mixology of Film Photography Practices

Experimentation is the bloodline of Lomography. The nucleus of the operation is an open mind. This has made digital strides possible, but even then, the movement is still beholden to film photography. The reasons range from philosophical to practical. The scope also includes three fields that make analog photography challenging—and yes, quite the daring opposite of digital ease.

Talking about the creation of the world. A big bang, meteors hitting planets, ice age and tectonic breakdancing. The world is an incredible start up and the landscapes, that were created through the elements and time. Sometimes your eyes can still see this amazing process in a timelapse. Such a mystical place is Lake Toba in North Sumatra. Or as the locals call it: Danau Toba.
