Saturday June 8th – 2pm to 5pm: Art Matters – DIY
In preparation of Luminato starting on June 14th, we invite you to join us for a very special workshop at the Lomography Gallery Store Toronto as we explore the idea of DIY in creating masks and effects for your analogue photographs! Join in on the experiment as we imprint writings, shapes and colours onto the processed images. It’s all about being creative for this one!

Saturday June 15th – 3:30pm to 5:30pm: Exploring Stockpile with the La Sardina
What happens when 9 visual artists from across Canada collaborate on a single installation? Stockpile, An interactive performance spectacle in the heart of Toronto’s financial district! We will be checking this out – analogue style! The La Sardina will be our trusty tool for this workshop as we explore the possibilities of shooting with this wide-angle camera.

Sunday June 16th – 1pm to 4pm: Dolls & the Dreamy Diana F+
Join us as we travel to the Royal Ontario Museum to check out the DOLLS by Viktor&Rolf exhibition. This will feature miniature mannequins that were Victorian dolls dressed in handcrafted, precisely scaled-down garments. With the Diana F+ in tow, we’ll capture some very notable work by Viktor&Rolf with Lomography’s most iconic cult camera.

Saturday June 22nd – 1 PM – 3 PM: Panoramic Fun at the Music Mob
The biggest orchestra in Toronto will be made this day! Along with members of the Toronto Symphony Orchestra, we’ll be joining in on the Music Mob , using our instruments and voices, and capturing all that in panoramic goodness! We’ll load up with Spinner 360s, Sprocket Rockets, Lomokinos and more and head down to the Hub at David Pecaut Square to join in on the action.

In my experience, security at the ROM can get a bit pushy around people with cameras, and will ask you to leave any tripods and flashes with coat/parcel check. If you haven't already, I suggest getting it in writing that you have special permission to shoot with a group of people that day.
