Many years after the band’s break up and his untimely passing, John Lennon remains to be one of the most popular members of The Beatles today. And why wouldn’t he be? Aside from being the other half of the successful Lennon-McCartney songwriting duo, many also admire him for his thought-provoking views about life, people, happiness, and peace.
The photo above was taken by an equally famous photographer: Annie Leibovitz. If she sounds familiar, that’s because she was also the photographer who took the iconic photograph of Lennon embracing his wife Yoko Ono.
