Anice specializes in custom jewellery and collaborates with clients to create timeless pieces. This collaboration also takes place for repairing or re-working old pieces, giving them new love.
Lomography is teaming up with the creative mind and heart behind Anice, Brittany Hopkins; shop owner, jewellery dreamer, antique treasure lover and goldsmith to create this very special event.
This is seriously one special treat as Anice combines vintage jewellery parts with new materials and metal-smithing, juxtaposing the old with the new to create pieces that are totally unique and never duplicated. Brittany will be here to offer you an exciting DIY workshop to bling out your very own camera! Work with materials, stones and charms to create one of a kind neck straps, necklaces, wrist straps bracelets and more! After an easy-to-follow demonstration, she will assist you in applying the technique, as you expand your creative side!

This is the story behind Anice:
“As I sit down to create, I close my eyes and remember…
It’s a Sunday afternoon and I am four years old. I jump out of the car and run towards the white gates of Grandma and Grandpa’s backyard. I leap into Grandpa’s arms and he squeezes me tight, while I squeeze back as hard as my little muscles can. Then I look to Grandma, smiling in her lounge chair. Her magnificent, glittery earrings, matching her outfit to perfection, capture me instantly. Once again I am enthralled by the splendor of her accessories. I make my way over to play with her many rings and admire the fascinating objects that decorate her ears.
“Grandma, one day can I wear pretty jewels like you?” "
Anice Kulak is Brittany Hopkins’s grandmother. She attributes her obsession and dedication to designing jewellery to her. Anice is the inspiration to her creations.
