Located at the edge of Vienna, this wicked and beautiful meadow is worth visiting!
This beautiful meadow is situated on the edge of Vienna in the 13th district. Although it’s a bit wicked to find, it’s definitely worth the journey. It’d be good to have a map with you. Take the Metro U4 to Hütteldorf, cross the bridge, take the 53B bus to Innocentiagasse, then go straight up to Himmelhofgasse-Carolaweg, go up the curvy path and hussa, you will find one of the most beautiful meadows of the city! Translated it means heaven’s yard. It is a gorgeous circle shaped meadow, from where you can see the whole of Vienna and play the which-monument-do-I-see game. If you cannot find it call the Lomography office. Kathi or Daniel can help you.
location: close to himmelhofgasse (carolaweg), 1130 vienna | how to get there: metro u4 to huttteldorf, bus 53b to innocentiagasse
