Heldenplatz is a place of music and harmony! So sing your songs of analogue love here!
Start your tour at this wonderful and popular place in the middle of the city centre. Welcome! You’re surrounded by our brave Emperor’s former residence (Hofburg) and lots of green. The residence functions nowadays as the national library and the ethnological museum is also situated somewhere in the huge building. The Empress Sisi-museum is also just around the corner. Take a look around and enter the city centre through the passage. Turn your head and look up. Are you now situated under a big cupola? Perfect! Cry out loud something (like Lomo!) and witness the echo coming back and forth. Often there are violin players giving concerts in the hall who will be delighted by your chanting. Lomo, lomoooooooo, lomooooooooooo!
location: heldenplatz, 1010 vienna | how to get there: tram 1/2 to hofburg
