Want to check out the final resting place of most of the world’s most influential people? Go to Zentralfriedhof which has over 3 million entombed bodies.

As one of the most used words in connection with Vienna is morbid, there are of course some places worth visiting to see why. Zentralfriedhof is the biggest cemetery in Vienna with about 3 million entombed bodies. Graves of Beethoven, Brahms, Hans Moser, Helmut Qualtinger, Falco and many more can be visited. Of special interest for Lomographers is the Jewish section at entrance Tor 1. It looks like an enchanted garden with weathered tombs in it. Open daily.
