Your Analogue Bucket List: Welcome, 2013!

2013-01-25 2

Seems like yesterday I wrote last year’s analogue bucket list here in this exact same page. The main difference is now I’m welcoming 2013 with some analogue bucket list. Maybe some of them are the same with last year’s or similar but it’s a new year after all, I expect new things and new adventurous times ahead! Welcome 2013!

1. Lubitel+

I really, really want this camera! Lubitel+ is my number one on my analogue wishlist this year. After reading yopanic ‘s articles about this camera, I was really convinced and it really made me want this camera more. It’s ridiculous, I know, my desire for this camera is surreal and this year will be the perfect year to get one! Lubitel+, please come to the lens licker! Quick!

2. Doubles with adi_totp

This one is the same as last year’s analogue bucket list. Doing doubles will and always be on my analogue bucket list. The feeling when you shoot doubles, finishing it and putting the roll in the envelope to send to your doubles partner is something irreplaceable. Early this year, I got the chance to do doubles with my friends (guys, you know who you are!) and you can expect some more doubles throughout the year! Oh yeah this time I would like to introduce my new but old LomoHome: doubleswithadi_totp. It’s a special LomoHome dedicated to film swap because I simply love doing doubles!

3. Go to Vietnam

Going to Vietnam is my girlfriend’s idea. She mentioned that idea when we talked on the phone, I think the main reason why she picked Vietnam is she spent her childhood there and it’s quiet obvious she want to go to Vietnam. Also I never been to Vietnam before so I hope this year we could go to Vietnam! Yeah!

4. The 120 film

120 film is such a magical film! For some of you who usually use them for daily shooting, you know the reason know why. In my camera shelf, there’s Holga 120CFN, Diana F+ and Diana Multi Pinhole Operator, this year I want to maximize using each of them. But first, I have buy 120 films first because I’m short of them. Also since I want to increase my use of 120 film, I have to buy a new scanner because the old scanner can only scan 35mm film, but that’s a long run plan. Long live 120 film!

120 Shots!

5. The LC-Wide Race

I realized that on 2013 there will be The LC-Wide Race! Yeaaah! So at the moment I gearing up myself with many films and planning where places to be visit. As I remember the LC-A Race on 2009 was a blast! I really remember the photos from that race was so awesome! Cheers for the participants!

6. Lomowalk

Lomowalk is great event for meeting up other lomographers. Besides walking around random places and shooting random things (well, not random things, actually), we lomographers love to talk about our deep passion for analogue photography and exchange ideas or tips and tricks using cameras. It’s very fun!
Last year, I participated on some lomowalks but now it’s 2013 so I really want to go out and do more and more lomowalks. Looking forward to the future lomowalk in Bandung! Come on, Bandung lomographers!

So that’s my Analogue Bucket List! I hope I could achieve them eventually. Welcome, 2013!
