Does your camera have a “B” or “Bulb” setting? Ever wonder what the heck that’s for? Come to this workshop and learn all about that mysterious setting! We’ll meet up at the Lomography Gallery Store Chicago Saturday, January 6th at 6pm and then head outside for a short photowalk!
What: Bulb Setting Workshop
Camera, Film, or Accessory: Any Camera with a “B” or Bulb. Such as the Diana F+, Diana Mini, La Sardina, Fisheye 2, BelAir, Sprocket Rocket, Fisheye Baby, Diana Baby, Lubitel, Color Splash just to name a few!
Technique or Tipster: You’ll learn how to master the Bulb setting creating beautiful long exposures!
The Bulb setting is best used at night time to take long exposures and we’ll teach you just how to do that. You’ll also learn some ways to use the Bulb setting when you’re out at night with your friends, so bring them too! If you have any camera with a B or Bulb setting bring it with you and the workshop will be free! Don’t have a camera with a Bulb setting? No worries, we’ll have loaners on hand so you can learn and practice too!

Cost: $10 or $7 with a current student ID
The workshop will begin at our Lomography Gallery Store Chicago in Wicker Park on Saturday, January 26th at 6pm. Admission includes an informative lecture, a loaner camera, and a roll of film. If you bring your own camera it’ll be free for you and we’ll give you a roll of film to use. See you there!
