Come learn how to make little movies on film! Watch out John Hughes, we’re going to teach you the tips you need to know for movie making magic with the Lomokino. We’ll start off at the Lomography Gallery Store location in Wicker Park at 2pm on Sunday, January 20th – learn a few things and then go on a photowalk together to put what we learned to action!

Did you know that there is a way to record your movies into your smart phone? Well, we will teach you how! We’ll show you how to use different films to get different effects and a few pointers for making a cinematic masterpiece! If you have your own Lomokino be sure to bring it, and if not you can borrow one from us!

Make sure to bring your on Lomokino if you have one, the workshop will be free for you and you’ll get a roll of film to shoot! Admission includes an informative lecture, a loaner camera, and a roll of film. See you there!
