Its been a rough week in NYC and we’ve got some news!

As you may know, our New York store and office are at 41 West 8th Street, in the unfortunately still blacked out zone of NYC. What this means, is that we are unable to open the store, and for most of our (thankfully all safe and accounted for) staff, unable to even get there due to down transit. Additionally, our warehouse, is in an evacuated and powerless part of Brooklyn, which means, until Mayor Bloomberg lifts the evacuation order, we’re unable to ship any orders going to the US.

While, yes, this is not the best of news, the bright side is that we’re all safe, the store is clean and not flooded, our stock is ready to go, and we’re all waiting with baited breath to get back to work and get you your goodies.

We are available for any questions via email: customerservice-usa@lomography.com though please bear with us on response time, as we’ve got a lot to answer, but we will get to every single one.

We’re here if you need us and looking to get all orders sent out as fast as humanly possible.

Stay safe out there everyone.

Thank you,
The whole team at Lomography USA.
