4th ART BY CHANCE Short Film Festival, organized by ANBEAN will take place in October this year, submissions are now open. Expose the secret artist inside you until September 14th 2012, submit your “Home” themed 30 second short film for the festival and reach millions of people all around the world!

Selected as one of the 20 coolest festivals of the year by the MovieMaker Magazine , Art By Chance is one of the biggest public art organizations in the world.

You do not need to buy a ticket or go to the cinema for this festival! Films will enter your lives suddenly on subways, buses, airports, shopping malls, trains, sports halls, art galleries, museums, cafes and bars! “HOME” themed creative short films will catch you all of a sudden while you go on the subway, waiting at the airport, shopping or just walking around. The digital screens spread over the whole city will be hosts for this festival.

Art By Chance discovers hidden artists all around the world and bring their films to the millions. Austria, Argentina, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Lithuania, Malaysia, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Spain, Holland, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and United States of America are among the countries where Art By Chance will take place.
