Earlier in the month, a group of Chicago based Lomographers took a trip to the zoo! With our trusty cameras guiding the way, we took it all in and had a great day!
We covered a lot of ground and a went through a lot of film on that chilly Sunday afternoon. The giraffes mesmerized us and the meerkats made us smile. With our cameras clicking away we captured the true beauty of the animals.
The best part was the conservatory! The beautiful blooms of flowers and bright green leaves were a photographers dream come true. It was enough beauty to last a life time… or at least until next time!
Earlier this year we were chuffed to launch a very memorable type of 35mm film: the Lomography Color Negative F²/400. We had recovered it from the last ever supply of an Italian filmmaker, and stocked it for seven years in special conditions. Much sought after for the film's nostalgic aesthetic, beautiful blue tones, with hints of X-Pro character, the F²/400 35mm rolls flew off our shelves like hotcakes – and rapidly went out of stock worldwide.
We love London in the summer and what better way to spend it than joining one of our workshops. This month we will be running a Diana F+ X-pro workshop, our very first Simple Use Film Camera walk, and a new exhibition from photographer Adam Popli. Book your spot today!
We gathered a pool of young photographers to give us their insights on photography, being its future, and other things in this interview series for Lomography's 25th anniversary. This time, we take a look at the street photography style of Chicago-based photographer Brendan Carroll.
The Petzval 58 Bokeh Control Art Lens found its way to Singapore-based photographer Hendra Lauw and the result is a series of photographs aimed to highlight life as a cycle we all must endure and celebrate.
This month we celebrate Film Photography Day with a special in-store party to launch the Lomo'Instant Automat Glass Lens! There will also be a Diana F+ Pinhole workshop to celebrate World Pinhole Day and a chance to test out the La Sardina camera too!
