The 25th European Media Art Festival Set from 18th to 22nd of April


For 25 years, the European Media Art Festival (EMAF) has been taking place in Osnabrueck, in Lower Saxony. The EMAF is firmly established in the world of art and media and opens the doors from 18th to 22nd of April 2012. Lots of artists, installations, and films will make it another unique event everybody into Media Art should visit.

Under the slogan “Revolve”, this year’s exhibition will show lots ot installations and artworks, mainly affected by movement. Niklas Roy, for example will come to show some work, including his well-known Electronic Instant Camera or Lumenoise .

But there will be many more things to see. Under the title “Rethink” the congress will discuss on how the internet changes the media landscape. Live performances, projects, and films will give a wide variety of art and will surely cater for all tastes.
