Sometimes the most popular photos might not be the most favourite photos. Do you have the same thoughts too?? :)
This is an appeal of the shots that were taken by my LC-A+, which gained less attentions, but actually blew my mind off:
I’m actually quite surprised to see how different of views can people have when it comes to beauty judging. For instance, personally I think this picture is simply amazing and I love how it appeared to look quite abstract, but it has never made up to the most popular list.
Both images from the double exposure below could make out to be two single pictures with strong theme but they blended well with each other too! :)
This article explains how I came to know and got along with Lomography, The story of me and my LC-A+ began in year 2008. Since then, I’ve been bringing this little dearie everywhere I travel. I can’t board a flight nor train without knowing that it’s safe hanging around my neck or resting soundly in my bag.
Hereby I’m attaching a list of my favourite (and less popular) shots from all my journeys. LC-A+ has been a loyal travel buddy.
Here are the locations in order: Spring in Basel (1), Oslo (2), Park Guell at Barcelona (3), The Prague Old Town Square (4), Surrounded by lettuce at Cameron Highlands (5), The little girl in Malmo (6), Ruins in Siem Reap (7), The English telephone booth at Cambridge (8), So relaxing at Innsbruck (9), The old man that sells Tanghulu in Beijing (10), Artsy corner at Kuala Lumpur Chinatwon (11), Easter feathers in Stockholm (12), Double in Lang Tengah Island (13), The lazy puppy at a youth hostel in Copenhagen (14), Observatory hill at Gothenburg (15), Redscale in Gdansk (16), Norwegian Fjords at Flam (17), Lovely Hungarian teenagers at Budapest (18), Snow mountains at Tirol (19), Shakespeare and Company Bookstore at Paris (20), Bratislava Old Town (21), I was green-eyed in Vienna (22), Piazza San Marco at Venice (23), The Never-Ending Story in Lund (24), Buildings in Bergen (25), Auschwitz Concentration Camp (26), Phuket (27), Highland cattle at Lucerne (28), Lady fingers flowers at Sekinchan (29), The very rare clear blue sky in Edinburgh (30), Berlin (31), Hotpot in Hong Kong (32), The Rome Colosseo (33), London (34), Autumn in Frankfurt (35) and Putrajaya (36)
I must admit that everyone has a different perception of beauty. Nevertheless to me, every single picture created by the great LC-A+ is a masterpiece itself and it deserves to be equally under the limelight with all the others.
