If one of your lovely Lomography cameras needs to see the doctor please let us know before you send it in!
The worst thing that can happen to a Lomographer is that their favorite camera falls ill. Perhaps it is a broken body part, perhaps the camera just needs a few more vitamins, but whatever the cause may be we are sure that our lovely customer service staff can find a cure! We believe in our products and we are proud that we offer a warranty (please note duration varies depending on model) on the cameras and accessories that we sell in our shop.
Our customer service staff do a great job but even they need a little bit of information to be able to help! In the last month we have received a number of cameras in the mail without any contact information (address, phone number, Lomohome, email) As much as we would like to get back to everyone without this vital information we are unable to do so.
On this note we ask that in the case that your camera needs servicing, please do contact our customer service department before you send in anything to us. They will be able to tell you exactly what information we need to have to be able to treat your camera and then send it back as good as new to you!
