Gibson Through the Lens

Gibson Through the Lens is an ongoing exhibit featuring great guitarists using their Gibson guitars. The exhibit features the best rock photographers. Learn more about this exhibit after the break.

Last November, the Gibson exhibit opened its doors to the public to showcase vintage and rare works of rock photographers. The photos included in the exhibit showcase various musicians in action with their Gibson guitars. Some of the musicians include Jimi Hendrix, Les Paul, Bob Dylan, Chuck Berry, Eric Clapton and Frank Zappa among others.

Gibson worked with the legendary rock archivist Dave Brolan to come up with the collection. The works of notable rock photographers such as David Montgomery, Mick Rock and Baron Wolman are included in the exhibit. If you’re a true rock fan, now’s your chance to view some rare photos and catch a glimpse of rock history.
