REAL NAME: Isabel Mebarak
Could you begin by telling us a little about yourself – Maybe an interesting fact people might not know about you?
Well, my parents have always been photography lovers, and from an early age they would let bring me to the development laboratory to play with the chemicals and discover this amazing world. I guess that’s what has always attracted me to photography.
How long have you been into Lomography and how did you discover it?
Some years ago, maybe 4, a friend of mine showed me her Holga and Robot 3 cameras and didn’t hesitate to get myself a Supersampler … and from that moment I’m addicted! But the definitive push was on last year’s August when I started again with increased strength.
What are your plans for the winter holidays?
Besides buying myself the LC-Wide, a trip to Barcelona to spend the Holidays with my boyfriend and, I expect, cross my fingers, to see and take pictures of snow.
