A little gem of a find, Egg3 Café is a great place to spend your Sunday afternoon.
Egg3 Café is the kind of place that enthralls its guests the moment they set foot into in. It’s interior is littered with an eclectic mix of tables and chairs, and ornaments. Decorations and vintage pieces such as an old typewriter or cute bunnies are artistically placed together to give an old-school charm.
Coffee, cake, and some typical Western-style dishes are served at the cafe. We had coffee and some warm buns that really made our day that rainy Sunday afternoon. My friends and I like the place as hanging out there makes us feel relaxed and at ease.
The cafe’s bestselling point to me is that it is almost impossible to find. Located off Mountbatten Road, it is situated in the midst of a quiet neighbourhood of private housing estates. This makes it an excellent hideaway for the weekends when you need some time away from the crowds in town.
If you’re looking for a quiet hideout to unwind, Egg3 Café won’t disappoint.
