Whether if she’s behind the camera busily composing her shots in the viewfinder or in front of the camera while seducing us all with her self-portraits, either way she simply never fails to wow us all without any warning! In fact, every Lomographic thing she does is unadulterated analogue magic!

Many of you know my little big muse. She has grown along side with my Lomographic hobby. I’ve had in my mind a personal project, which is to take pictures of her until she becomes an adult, and maybe one day do an exhibit with those photos. Now she has two lomo cameras of her own. She likes to imitate her mom, has talent and has already won a POTD in Spain with her first album, and she’s only five years old!
Have you actually met people in the community that you now consider as close friends? If yes, name at least one of them.
Yes a lot! I have only met Spanish people for the moment, and we are very good friends, my dearest are makny, bensozia (He’s English, but he lives in Spain), disdis, atria007, susielomovitz, javihacefotos, hipotita, jandra, ==lola_juanlu,5thdimension== I also have other close friends who are special to me, but I haven’t met them yet. For example mikahsupageek (in fact he´s one of my best “lomoamigos”), satomi, who I adore and who I will probably visit next year, mephisto19, jeabzz, cc-in-paris and wil6ka. But I have another bunch of friends here, I can´t name everybody. All the people in this community rock!.
Do you think you’ll still be taking Lomographs in the next 5 years? Why?
ABSOLUTELY!!!. Why? Because it is one of my favorite things to do. It’s healthy, makes me create a world full of color and beauty, reflects the people and things differently, like in another world, more beautiful than this one. And I share experiences with wonderful people… Who would stop doing something like this?!
What is your favorite Lomo camera and why? Do you have any memorable experiences while using this camera?
Diana F+, She´s a hard girl, complicated, and stubborn at times. But sometimes she is sweet, charming and dreamy. She reminds me of myself. Many of my best pictures I’ve done with her. She came with me on a trip to Japan and Thailand, and she also has been in Morocco. I want to see the world through her eye.
Is there any advice you can give to new analogue shooters?
Do not feel bad because you see wonderful photos in the community and yours are not as good. Soon you will do well or better. If you do not, nevermind, enjoy what you are doing, it will come. Ask for advice, read articles, and lomo on!
They are the ones whose passion transcends not only by what they do and say, but also with what they see and capture with their film cameras. And with such attributes aforementioned, they are what we call LomoGurus! Every week, we get to ask questions and reveal some insights with the most talented and productive of all Lomographers from the community!
