Coffee: What's Your Flavor?

Routine, taste bud satisfaction, needed in order to release your inner creative genius. If one or all of these describe why you go for a brew, however fancy or not it may be, here’s an article to whet your appetite while waiting for your cup and introduce you to a world of coffee you might have otherwise never known!

Kopi Luwak
Produced mainly on the Indonesian islands of Bali, Java and Sumatra (names, no doubt, that bring to mind fine coffee) Kopi Luwak, or Civet coffee, is made from digested coffee berries. That’s right, the beans used first have to be excreted by the Asian Palm Civet! Whatever you may be thinking, know that this blend is among the most highly priced coffee around!

So we ask, would you fancy a cup?

The flavor of Milk Tea is very much synonymous with Hong Kong. Hong Kongers enjoy the flavor of the sweetened milk enriched black tea so much so that it’s combined with coffee to form a “Yuanyang”, or Coffee with Tea, ordered and served in tea diners as regularly as the regular “Naai Cha”.

As old as the habit of drinking coffee itself, Turkish or Arabic coffee is surely recognized by coffee connoisseurs and fans of Middle Eastern cuisine searching for a perfect end to their meal.
