Seoul Kitchen Competition

We know you’ve heard of and probably tasted twice-fried Korean chicken but that’s not all that Seoul has to offer! Send in your most scrumptious Korean inspired dishes today and who knows, you might experience the cuisine firsthand – We have a trip for two to Seoul and special edition La Sardina cameras to give away as prizes!

Lomography, together with the Seoul Metropolitan Government, want to share with the world the majesty and beauty of Seoul through a series of competitions. The city of Seoul is famous for a lot of things; one of the most important being its delicious cuisine! For this stage of the Seoul All Around You Competition, we’re looking for photos that are inspired by the delicious delicacies of Seoul; whether it’s your friends enjoying bibimbap in Jongno or a fresh bowl of kimchi in New York. Koreans also love to BBQ, so why not send us some of your favourite grill-inspired snapshots!

If you’ve been to Seoul before, now is also the time to geotag your photos and send in your best LomoLocations, about the city – They could be part of the Lomography City Guide Seoul due to be released in 2012! You can read more about submitting a LomoLocation here

For each stage of the contest, there will be 1 grand prize winner who wins a trip for 2 persons to Seoul and a special Seoul edition La Sardina camera (due to be released in 2012). These trips include a minimum stay of 5 nights in Seoul; return flights; airport transfers, as well as hotel accommodation. There will also be 9 runners-up who will each win a Seoul edition La Sardina camera!
