Portraits can pop and be more fun and interesting if you have a good backdrop. So why not fuse the two together with a double exposure?
Portraits are artistic representations of people. If you want to capture a unique portrait of someone, you can do so with the La Sardina! Using the La Sardina, you can take multiple exposures of a pattern merged with a portrait! All you have to do is flick the switch to ‘MX’ and you’re good to go. Here are a few tips:
Look for Patterns
Patterns are all around us, you just have to be observant! You can take a photo of geometric shapes, for instance rectangular windows on a building or cross-hatches on a fence. You can even find patterns on your wallpaper at home! Circles, triangles, oblongs, anything goes! Of course, you don’t need to stick to geometric shapes. Other pattern ideas are traffic lines on the street, flowers prints on your curtains and patterns that are found in nature. Be resourceful to come up with wonderful shots!

Shoot Your Portrait
Now you can shoot your portrait! Remember to flick the switch to ‘MX’ first to overlay the pattern shot with the portrait shot.
