Movies seem to be the idea and if I had to guess I would say a 16mm movie camera

Photo #1 Audrey Hepburn with William Wyler on "The Children's hour" set
Photo #2 Alfred Hitchcock (film director)
Photo #3 Frank Capra (film director)

There is telescope... in the first clue "A Trip to the Moon" the film starts with a meeting of astronomers...

A Lomo movie camera will be cool!

They seem to be dropping hints that both include space and movies!
But I'm going to say... bringing in a Lomo movie camera?...
    With a space theme maybe?

Space, cats, casinos, movies. What's cooking LSI for us? Any idea? I feel more confused with every new clue.

    maybe something like this...…
there's a star (like "movie" star?)
it can captures the motions - 2 action in 1 photo frame (mini-movie!)

I bet its a camera with a zoom lens, maybe and SLR. the movie theme could be hinting at close ups and such.
"All right Mr. DeMille, I'm ready for my close- up,"

There is a new banner on the Lomography homepage. If you look at the page source, the banner is called phantom.css / phantom.js ...there is a movie camera called the phantom camera. hmmm.

I don't think it'll be 16mm or 35mm. The film is unbelievably expensive. Hundred pounds for one 400ft roll of 16mm if you want to buy the stock and process it. I would love if it was a super 8 or 8mm movie camera but I doubt it'll be that either. I think it's too expensive a product for lomography to sell (though I would definitely buy one).

Longshot, could it be something to do with animation, simple early animation. Perhaps some sort of Zoetrope kit with camera?

i'd go for a movie camera as well but i'm wondering..where could you buy the film, process it and watch it? :/

that was exactly what i was thinking, @slumbrnghok. can't be a real movie camera, 'cause that would be really expensive (the lc-w is already so much money, and that would be even more i guess, so there would be only few people who could actually afford buying it, meaning it wouldn't bring enough) i think it will be another multilens camera, i think it might be something close to what @andredimu suggested

@laurasulilly I have no idea what to think. If it was a movie camera it would HAVE to have 24fps playback for me to buy it. If it is a film camera the cost of shooting a short film on it would be utterly outrageous. I'm really interested to see what the product is.
