Re-Cap of Hump Day DIY at the Lomography Gallery Store LA--Special Community DIY With Ted Nava on Analogue Printmaking!

The Lomography Gallery Store LA welcomed Ted Nava to the Lomographic family, as he hosted a special workshop teaching us how to make our very own transfer prints from scratch!

Our monthly Hump Day DIY took an interesting turn this September as we learned to ways of analogue printmaking from local print maker Ted Nava. He taught us some really easy ways to transfer images and text onto different kinds of surfaces. After we transferred some of our own Lomographs onto homemade paper, Ted taught us some essential binding techniques! You can make zines, posters, or any other sort of print with some of the cool techniques he taught us! Check out the photos for a little taste of many things you can do with some simple household items!

As always, don’t forget to “Like” us on Facebook, follow us on Twitter and become a fan of our LomoHome!
