Monday Night Mixer is a new weekly happy-hour/community event at the Greenwich Village Lomography Gallery Store! This week we had James Hersey stop by for an acoustic set!
Join us each and every Monday from 6pm for mixed drinks, music & entertainment and of course all the Lomographic goodies under one roof. This event is always FREE! If you are a DJ, musician or performer and would like an opportunity to perform at Lomography’s Monday Night Mixer please email your information to email@example.com
We had an epic Film Photography Day celebration this year at the Lomography Gallery Store NYC. Our friends at Sacred Tattoo NYC were kind enough to transform the gallery into a tattoo shop so Lomographers could show their analog pride forever and ever with a free camera tattoo!
In celebration of the reformulated LomoChrome Purple film, Lomography Gallery Store Soho recently hosted a new exhibition of analogue photographs taken by artist Adam Popli. It was an ongoing series of work shot on the (original formula) Lomochrome Purple film.
March is Women's History Month and we want to take a closer look at the wonderful women behind cameras. Lauren Lepore loves capturing true NYC moments to last in her photos beyond the existence of people and places. We talked to her about her thoughts on "controversial" work and the depiction of women in photography.
Where’s the fun in analogue when you can only take one photo with a single exposure? Bring back the photobooth era with some Warholian four-frame portraiture! Lomography’s ActionSampler is about to make you an instant pop art master in no time.
You might wonder why the world has gone green for today. Every 17th of March, one would find people wearing shamrocks, attending cèilidhean, marching parades, drinking the best Irish beer and whiskey in the area. No doubt, today is Saint Patrick's Day.
