My camerapaedia: Pentor Super TL

SLR with shutter speeds from 1s to 1/500 + B. It’s actually a Praktica super TL rebranded Pentor for the Dutch market. One of the more endearing features is the film type reminder dial, with symbols for B&W, slide daylight, slide artifical light, color reversal daylight and color reversal artifical light. Another nifty feature is the shutter lock to prevent accidental tripping. You can turn the shutter button to lock and unlock it.

1968 to 1976

Queens day flea market.

I like the old fashioned industrial look and feel this camera has. It fits the same lenses as my Praktica MTL3, and is just as heavy als the MTL3. The only disadvantage is that it doesn’t have a hot shoe. I should use it more often than I do.
