The arctic/antarctic explorer ship

On the first mission it was supposed to drift across the arctic ocean. 1893-1896. Expeditionleader: Fridtjof Nansen. Second mission to the west of Greenland. Expeditionleader: Otto Sverdrup. Third mission to the antarctic. Expeditionleader: Roald Amundsen. He won the race to the southpole agains Robert Falcon Scott. It has a very thick wooden hull to withstand the pressure from the ice when it froze in on the first expedition. It had a steamengine on the first two trips and a dieselengine on the third.
