Four years ago, I traveled alone to watch The Flaming Lips in Hong Kong. Armed with a map and my Lomo LC-A+, capturing pretty neon lights as I walked around aimlessly, I felt accomplished and liberated as it was my first time to travel alone. I fell asleep in the bus, got off the wrong stop past midnight in the freezing cold, and missed my stop on the way to the airport. Fun times, indeed.
