There is a pool half way through the trail that kids like to slide into the waters. I would never do it because most streams in hawaii can carry a harmful infection if have a cut. But they are still beautiful to photograph.

@wrightk22 I may have steady hands, but not that good. :) I used one of the larger GorillaPods with a level in the ball head. I find it great for hiking. It is not heavy and if I need more height I will clamp it to a tree and it is great for uneven surfaces too. It is in my backpack for sure.
