Just me being annoyed...

Okay so im confused….where the hell did lomography tungsten go?! I can’t find it anywhere on the online shop and no shops in munich seem to sell it. And just a little complaint to lomography that only about half of the films in the online shop are available and in stock and its really frustrating because im flying to africa in a week or so and have been waiting and waiting for my favorite films to be back in the store but they just aren’t! So yeah…just thought I would let anyone know…who is bothered to read my silly boring complaints. And incase anyone does read this, do you know where lomography tungsten went? Oh and seeing as I just found out about the Lomochrome Purple which looks reaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaally amazingly cool, but hell is that expensive!? 47 euros for five films? Plus developing?

I think Lomo X Tungsten was discontinued :( I seen one pack available on Amazon.co.uk ages ago at 35GBP!! It was my favourite :(
Totally understand your frustrations. It really is an expensive hobby. I find the best places to look for film are outside of the Lomo website (but obviously then you have to take what is available elsewhere)

I think sort of ebay still have a lot of film there.

for the lomography x64 tungsten, it has been dead in production since the last year. just like the lomography's first film: xpro 100 and already deadstock around 2009-ish (sell on single roll and the box is a bulldog photo), the x64t has their own number of production and no longer available.

from the news said, lomography has new their own film production. the first lineup from the series is the lomochrome purple 400. then I have no idea what will be next for the following series. about the price, for me it's reasonable; you don't have to attach a filter onto it─the film will be instantly convert green into purple─ and the emulsion for producing that film ain't cheap I guess. I know it can't be compared with an aerochrome straightly, but it's close enough. :D

have fun on your trip! :)

thanks @dollymixture @santa-sangre @istionojr for answering :) thats such a shame about those films not being produced anymore :/ but yeah maybe its a good idea to look outside of lomography for a while. and i have considered developing at home, i do have some kind of film enlarger or something but it just seems so time consuming...but i do hope lomography will introduce some more films similar to the tungsten and xpro again! oh and thanks for wishing me a good trip :) will surely upload lots of photos of it ;)

@nadinadu I'm annoyed with Lomography too! They awarded me fifty piggies for being a runner-up in the BIG Lomokino Rumble... Only for them to take them away!!! "We apologize for the wrong piggy deposit for: Big LomoKino Rumble Runner up" I didn't win the comp, so why the wrong piggy deposit? I have messaged people about it, but have heard nothing in response :(

Just wanted to say that there are plenty of online retailers that have a much better selection of films for better prices than Lomography. Most lomo films are just relabeled other brands anyway so it's not like you're going to miss out on something
