you can't tell so much since it is far away, but this is only the face of a building. i climbed a fence, not over, just high enough to not have the fence in the shot and got cut by barbed wire. as we were leaving, my kids pointed out a sign that said "photographing this (whatever it was) is strictly prohibited. my son said, "you better be glad you got away, mom!"
