My second in-camera science fiction double exposure. It worked out very well, if even a bit too cheesy. I feel like a science fiction nerd. But it should be interesting to see how many people won't believe that there wasn't any photoshop at all involved. Strong vignette from the Imago Positive Paper, clear and crisp rendition of all details, it looks absolutely amazing in real life I can guarantee you. Top half once again courtesy of NASA

This it what can happen when you don't use distilled water as a final wash and don't have long enough leads when drying your film. In this particular case I kind of like it, looks like brother Lucas is running away from some Blobs from outer space

Women on Ink From the Vintage Archives

Women's tattoo history has always been subversive. In the 19th and 20th centuries West, women would wear their tattoos discreetly as one of the only few ways of self-expression.

I don't go for the easy choices, but this makes every trip even more memorable. In Palawan I opted for the remote Nacpan beach to stay in a very cosy small hostel, off the beaten track. I was so rewarded with tootpick palms on the isolated twin beaches. And before I wanted to jump in the water I had to conserve the scene on film...
