It rained hard that morning plus the water dousing ritual to celebrate the feast of St. John the Baptist made up for all the wetness around the town center. The sun did not shine brightly that day. Nevertheless, the the festive atmosphere was still very much felt through the joyful participation of Balayan folks and visitors. Tried capturing these moments of joy through my modified Supersampler, with extra caution to avoid the water that came from waterguns of passersby and water canons of the fire truck.
