"Butt Bucket"

You actually don't see too many people smoking in public in the USA anymore, but this shopkeeper in Highlands, NC has thoughtfully provided a place for those few smokers to place their spent cigarette butts, rather than tossing them on the sidewalk. I think she's also saying "Don't smoke in my shop."
