I'm from the States, but I teach English in Taiwan. I originally got into film photography back in 2000, while in university, but the bug never really took hold until i found an old Canon in the basement in 2009. When I moved to Taiwan, I wasn't sure how readily available film would be, so I decided to go digital. I first discovered Lomo here in Taiwan when I purchased my fisheye2 and started experimenting with different filters/film/exposures/doubles. Since then, I've acquired a few other cameras; both newer Lomo's(sprocket rocket, kino, baby diana) and older classics/antiques(Kodak brownie, Canon FT QL, Olympus Pen EE-3...thinking about getting a Kodak Duaflex II TLR next). I love the thought process that goes with film photography, as well as just playing around and shooting from the hip and being spontaneous. I hope you enjoy my photos as much as I've enjoyed taking them.
