We spent another evening in Shinjuku, this time in the western part, where the main electronic & photo stores are, such as Yodobashi Camera, but also the cute and tiny Used Camera Box, where I bought a Pentax MX ! Definitely a place to go for camera lovers. On the photo above, the only indication of the presence of a shop in the basement... And once you enter the basemenbt, it's really like you found a secret treasure cave. Rolled a couple of shorties of Kentmere 400 to test out a few cameras. Developed in Rodinol 1+25 for 7.5 minutes. These were taken with a Pentax IQZoom 140M point and shoot on an evening in the Murry Hill neighborhood of Jacksonville. Pretty happy with the results of both the film, the developer (on this roll), and most specifically the camera.
Rolled a couple of shorties of Kentmere 400 to test out a few cameras. Developed in Rodinol 1+25 for 7.5 minutes. This was taken with a Minolta Explorer which can be switched to 'panoramic' mode. Not truly panoramic, two vanes get cover the film at top and bottom to give the appearance of a panoramic shot. Bit of a gimmic but I am happy with the results of the photos themselves.
